I had a great time staying at this hotel! The location was perfect, as it was right across the road from the beach. I loved being able to just walk a few steps and be on the sand. The hotel is also situated in a quieter area of town, so it was very peaceful and relaxing. The service here was top-notch, with helpful staff who provided excellent service. They were always there to assist with anything I needed, from room service to arranging tours. The room amenities were also fantastic, with air conditioning, a mini-bar, and a cozy sitting area. And of course, the free Wi-Fi was a huge plus!

This hotel is a great choice for families looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

We had a fantastic stay at this hotel. The staff were incredibly welcoming and friendly upon our arrival. The room was very comfortable and clean, exceeding our expectations. We also appreciated the availability of parking throughout our stay. The hotel facilities were excellent, with multiple stylish pools and a convenient location right across from the beach. Additionally, the breakfast provided was fantastic, and the hotel provided towels for both the beach and pool. We found the location to be extremely convenient, with shops, nightlife, and restaurants within easy reach.

Spacious, clean room with a nice balcony and a great view. The location is superb, just a short walk from the beautiful Karon beach. The breakfast buffet is delicious with plenty of options. The staff is polite and very helpful. I would highly recommend this hotel.

Excellent staff and excellent room. I was traveling alone with a child and they made it extremely easy. Easy to book tours at the tour desk in the hotel. Lovely pool with a swimup bar! Had a room with a balcony over looking the pool. Highly recommended to families and couples. Across the road from the beach!

Great location, close to beach and shops. Hired a scooter for entire 10 day stay, easy, convenient and cheap. Just make sure you wear a helmet and don't crash! Stayed in a deluxe bungalow....was nice and spacious, could've done with a dvd player in the room. All in all a great stay.

You are supposed to keep your beach towels for the entire stay, we weren't aware of this and left them by the pool on the first day. At the end of the stay we were charged 400 baht each for the towels! This wasn't handled very well at all.

Great hotel, with three pools and close to the beach. Polite and helpful reception staff. Spacious and clean rooms, with nice decor. Good outside sitting area. Plenty of nearby restaurants.

Didn't enjoy the destination of Phuket after visiting Krabi.

The new bungalow rooms are lovely, especially the ones overlooking the pool.

The noise of the nightclub and fireworks at 1:30am most nights

Excellent value for money, a nice room...a few steps to the pool and across the road from the beach.

A little bit far from Patong,however if you hire a scooter it is very cheap to get in and out of Patong. However this is more than compensated for by the price we payed.
